Bookkeeper / Executive Assistant for local construction company, Brian Ehlers Construction brianehlersconstruction.com. Potential growth opportunity for successful candidate. Accounting knowledge required, will train.

• Account reconciliation
• Entering Journal Entries in Accounting Software
• Review accounting reports from software
• Create spreadsheets and work documents
• Facilitate the mailing of customer invoices
• Enter new clients in billing system
• Generates invoices and statements for all billing cycles
• Process customer payments daily by making the appropriate entries in QuickBooks and prepare daily deposit for the bank
• Reconcile various General Ledger accounts, including but not limited to Accounts Receivable
• Review and audit customer invoices for accuracy
• Facilitate the mailing of customer invoices
• Enter new clients in billing system and coordinate seamless handoff to operation
• Process and issue employee paychecks and statements of earnings and deductions.
• Compute wages and deductions, and enter data into computers.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Accounting preferred
• Accounting knowledge
• QuickBooks
• Microsoft Office
• Excellent Customer Service skills


Schedule: Mon – Fri, 8.00am – 5.00pm


Salary: Depends on experience
