Job Description :

  • Background in data mining, statistical analysis, marketing research, and/or quantitative problem solving

  • Proficient in English - appropriate accent and pronunciation of words, speech techniques, vocabulary and grammar

  • Presentations skills

  • Computer skills to include basic Microsoft Office programs such as Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. and intermediate skills on Excel

  • Strong computer proficiency with Oracle, AS400 and Microsoft Excel (lookups, pivot tables, forecasting functions, macros, etc.) is a big plus

  • Solid work ethic in terms of having a sense of urgency, ownership of projects, solid attendance and tardiness track record

  • Professional and customer-driven values


  • Ability to perform quantitative analysis, problem solving, and generate summary report

  • MS Office Application proficient (minimum intermediate level): Word, Outlook, Excel,

  • Experience working with AS400 operating system required

  • High resistance to stress

  • Flexible in work habits; must be able to multi-task and self-manage

  • Strong English communication skills (oral & written)

General Responsibilities

  • Actively coordinates with the different ClosetMaid departments depending on what report/project is worked on and proactively makes recommendations and presentations of analysis results

  • Constantly performs research work to augment sales data findings and analysis

  • Submits reports in a timely manner and reviews work for accuracy

  • Maintains competency level in terms of technical know-how and pass all functional certification assessments

  • Works hand in hand with the Team in ensuring operational metrics are achieved.

  • Works with the team in managing day to day task and activities

  • Handles other projects and task as delegated

  • Adheres to the goals and objectives set forth by the company

  • Practice and maintain department policies

  • Other duties that may be assigned as necessary

Required Qualifications :

  • Preferably Business Management Graduate or relevant

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively in both written and verbal form, possess a detail and organized approach to their work, and provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers

  • Accurate and prior data entry experience on personal computer

  • Experience in performing database system queries

  • Experience in provide consumers tracking information and order status

  • Experience in performing order entry functions for customers

  • Strong interpersonal skills
