Job Description :
 Responsibilities:

  • Manage workflow, people and resources of the Production Department

  • Become liaison between Production Department, Management and Print House

  • Prepares operational deadlines/schedules and coordinates to ensure quality of promotions to meets standards

  • Manage timeline and budget, working with internal team and dealerships to ensure this

  • Resolve operational problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays

  • Contribute to production through hands-on participation as needed

  • Manage client accounts and create advertisements on Facebook Business Manager

  • Work on file naming, archiving and asset management


Required Qualifications :


  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator

  • Proven experience and full understanding of print production and the elements needed to support prepress documents

  • Project and time management skills - must be able to work quickly by communicating and following company processes and guidelines

  • Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and juggle multiple priorities

  • Must have Facebook Business Manager experience

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience with ability to manage multiple projects

  • Have in-depth understanding of the production processes for projects

  • Ability to manage multiple projects across mechanicals and production management

  • Basic reading, writing, alphabetizing, and numeric ability

  • Position requires public contact, good communication skills

  • Will work independently and with a team 

  • Car dealership experience is a bonus!
