Job Description :
Ocala company seeks a Microsoft Windows 10 Customer Support Assistant. 

 


Responsibilities:
• Assist end users with troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 10 issues via telephone.
• Log all support issues


Required Qualifications :

• HS Diploma, Associates Degree preferred
• Microsoft Windows certification preferred
• 3 months related experience or training preferred
• Excellent Communication skills in person and on phone


 


Salary: $32,000 a year to start
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm
