Summary: Seeking qualified Senior Director of Operations for Marion County Residential/Commercial storage facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible and accountable for all store activities and operations impacting customers, employees and the achievement of company goals through direct interaction and the use of company resources

  • Oversee daily activities of 30+ employees and develop those employees through feedback

  • Travel within designated area to every store and to other designated locations as needed to facilitate meetings and training sessions, troubleshoot issues, resolve problems and directlyrecly with employees and customers

  • Maintain operational oversight through events to keep district operating to standard both during and outside of store operating hours

  • Create implementation plans to support the execution of company initiatives/goals in order to achieve both operational and business results. Follow up to ensure accountability to plans and achievement of success metrics.

  • Recruit, hire, train, coach and retain talent to build a team of employees, and continually develop this team through coaching and mentorship

  • Ensure team members adher to professional standards when interacting with company stakeholders

  • Facility maintenance, labor and vendor management.  May include performing facilty and gate maintenance

  • Ensure customer inquiries and concerns are responded to and addressed

  • Identify operational successes, as well as develop and implement plans to address opportunities and shortfalls

  • Manage multiple P & Ls to include payroll, repair and maintenance and expense budgets

  • Conduct property audits, enduring properties meet all company operational standards

  • Utilize management information tools and analyze financial reports to identify trends and issues in district performance and develop plans to address them

  • Oversee delinquent tenant processes and coach team members to reduce delinquency rates and improve customer retention

  • Directly responsible for developing knowledge of state specific lien sale processes and requirements

  • Ensure collections are within company goals and collection policies are followed

  • Other responsibilities as assigned


Work Schedule: Full Time, Monday- Friday; nights, weekends and on call shifts as needed

Salary: $55,000 per year
Required Qualifications :


  • High School Diploma or Equivalent- Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • 5 years experience in a related field

  • Sales Experience

  • Drivers license for required travel

  • Must have transportation

  • Employer conducts drug screen, background check and reference check.
