Client Service Representative

Job Description :

This position will serve the existing client base with all service requests including beneficiary changes/withdrawals, index annuity reallocations, incoming client service calls, database management, and client appointment preparation including updating client account summaries for their review meetings, prepping the main advisor for his/her review meetings and preparing issued accounts for delivery.

 

Hours: 30 hours per week - Monday - Thursday

 

Salary: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour - DOE

 

Required Qualifications :

Minimum Requirements:



  • Customer Service experience 





  •  Experience with MS Office Suite (especially Word and Excel) and the ability to learn new software quickly


Preferred:



  • Associates Degree preferred

  • Industry experience preferred, but not required



Skills:



  •  Organizational Skills

  •  Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal

  •  Ability to complete follow through with clients

  •  Knowledge of standard office equipment


Responsibilities:



  •  Receive incoming client service calls 

  •  Complete service request and ability to resolve client issues

  •  Data Entry

  •  Coordinate and follow up on each client transfer

  •  Prepare client review summary for upcoming appointments

  •  Maintain professional communication with clients and staff

  •  Assist with client update reports and mailings

  •  Set up client appointments for advisor

  •  Develop and mail letters to clients
