This is a paid Internship for Eligible Candidates with the intent to move into a permanent position.




Job Responsibilities:



  • Assist the ITonDemand Support Desk Coordinator and general support operations by:

  • Reviewing ticket boards and calling attention to customer responses and overdue tickets; Identifying potentially serious alerts and monitors, bringing them to the attention of the Support Desk Lead;

  • Performing research on potential solutions to client issues, communicating those to staff;

  • Sometimes answering calls to gather client issue details, document and escalate to appropriate level of technician; and assisting on various client projects.

  • Required to verify in house systems and evaluate their operations.

  • Required to perform system maintenance on in house unit, Hard drive images, Diagnostics etc.

  • Some duties include but not limited to cleaning the build room and organizing spare parts inventory.


Required Qualifications :

Requirements:



  • Some computer experience or training.

  • Employer conducts drug screen, reference check, and background check.


Work Schedule: Full-time. 30 hours per week. Day shift.
