Summary:
Analyzes proposed changes of product design to determine effect on overall product and system. Coordinates modification records for management control. Establishes change orders and prepares for change authorization and documentation by company and subcontractor. Prepares reports of change effect on overall product. Reviews and analyzes released engineering change data and coordinates changes with engineering, quality, support, manufacturing, and engineering data control activities. Ensures that customer requirements are implemented and reviews change accounting activity to ensure compliance with configuration management policies.

Telecommute: The work associated with this position will be performed at the designated facility. Situational telecommuting may be considered and authorized at the discretion of your leader and based upon the role.

Work Schedules: A variety of alternate work schedules are supported that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret

Required Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.

  •  12 months experienced Professional

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

  • Communication, writing, and verbal skills





Desired Skills:

  • Previous Experience with SAP, MES-CAPP or Windchill

  • Ability to Exercise Flexibility and Demonstrate Initiative

  • Software library experience

  • Full knowledge of industry and company practices

  • Aerospace and/or manufacturing experience

  • Experience working within teams
