Job Description
 
Responsibilities:

  • Assess, direct and coordinate operational and legal activities in the State of Florida, including but not limited to the Homosassa and Webster locations.

  • Review and negotiate commercial contracts

  • Draft and enforce tenant leases

  • Direct real estate matters including buy/sell agreements, obtain easements, resolve zoning/ permitting issues, and coordinate traffic issues with governmental authorities

  • Assure regulatory compliance/ public safety

  • Trademark research/ enforcement

  • Represent company before governmental bodies, interpret and explain policies, rules and laws to both employees and tenants

  • Conduct or direct investigations to resolve complaints or violations of laws

  • Analyze and pursue business development opportunities

  • Short term travel to various unanticipated central and south Florida locations


Work Schedule: Full Time

Required Qualifications :
Requirements:

  • Must have a Doctorate Degree in Law. Juris Doctor or Equivalent

  • Must have a minimum of 24 months of experience in similar position

  • Employer conducts Reference and Background checks
