Position Summary Facilities:

Systems administrator and help desk engineer responsible for enhancing, configuring and maintaining Fidelity Manufacturing's IT infrastructure assets. To include Windows Operating Systems, wide area network, and VOIP phone systems. Provide technical support to internal employees including hardware support for both Dell Windows physical, virtual servers and personal computers. Knowledge of new technologies and techniques concerning computer-related subjects, especially personal computing, servers and networks. Set up and maintain multi-site assets as Fidelity continues to expand and grow.

Some travel will eventually be required.

Hours: Full time

Salary: $52,132 to $58,602 Annually  DOE




Required Qualifications :

Essential Functions:

Daily job responsibilities/functions to include, but not limited to:

  • Support and help maintain internal enterprise systems including switches, servers, LAN, WAN, and VOIP phone systems

  • Manage Active Directory user accounts and objects

  • Manage users in Office 2016 and 2019

  •  Repair and/or provide technical advice on the workings of all computers and other hardware

  •  Configure new laptops and PCs as required

  •  Perform special projects as assigned

  •  Provide routine hardware support for in-house computers, telephone systems, and other IT communication equipment

  •  Help desk as part of internal IT support


  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience with a MS systems certification

  •  2 years professional experience in a technical role

  •  Experience with program design, hardware maintenance, operating systems, local and wide networking

  • Knowledge of Microsoft computer networks and systems

  • Knowledge of personal computers at the laptop, desktop and server level

  •  Working knowledge of various communications protocols and hardware, i.e. Ethernet, TCP/IP switches, routers

  •  Organization, documentation and technical writing skills

  •  Troubleshooting skills

  •  Ability to interface and communicate with co-workers in a clear and professional manner, with occasional customer level interaction

  •  Available to work extra hours and during non-business hours as needed

  •  Future occasional travel

  •  Ability to work well in a team environment

  •  Valid driver's license for required travel

  •  Employer conducts pre-emaployment screening process including a background check and drug screen

Physical Requirements:

  •  While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time; walk on non-forgiving surfaces such as concrete, wood, and metal(to include metal or fiberglass ramps placed on 30 degree angles); climb stairs, balance, climb, stoop, crouch, and crawl; walk on hilly and uneven ground; use hands to handle and feel; reach with hands; lift push, pull, and/or move more than 50ibs without a mechanical aid; and communicate with others

Work Environment:

  •  Is a manufacturing warehouse atmosphere with extreme temperature changes, loud noises and machinery with moving parts. No air conditioning /heaters used. Work environment could also involve some outside exposure
