Job Description :

The IT Technician will assist in managing the Help Desk service, conduct repairs and installations, and support the Call Center, for all company brands and more.




Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


· Helpdesk service


o    Perform triage on new tickets


o    Accept ownership of tickets in your region or area of responsibility


o    Follow up on existing tickets waiting on confirmation or clarification




·   Call center support


o    Take call center support phone calls


o    Triage calls and assign to techs


o    Provide level 1 tech support for as many calls as possible




·   Conduct repairs and installs (including but not limited to)


o    Basic networking and configuration of computers and devices


o    Running cable, building jacks and outlets and other networking infrastructure, and mounting screens and other equipment


o    Installing cameras and DVRs


o    Installing software and programming devices

Required Qualifications :

Expectations:


·  Technician will have an open availability that may include nights, overnights and weekends


·  This is an hourly position having a 32-hour weekly minimum, not exceeding 40 hours per week


·   75% of hours worked will be travel or billable hours


·   Travel may include all North and Central Florida and South Georgia


·   Requires problem solving and organization skills


·   Must be able to work without direct supervision


·   Must display professionalism when dealing with vendors and clients


·   Prior computer, networking and installation knowledge is preferably
