Job Description :

Under the direction of the Director of People & Culture, the P&C Manager will manage key administrative tasks and pursue opportunities for enhancing Home Office support in the areas of recruitment, Team Member relations, compensation and benefits, and learning & development for all company brands.




Responsibilities include, but are not limited to assisting in:


·  Participate in Team Member disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations


·  Support the recruiting coordinator, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for Home Office roles; collaborates with Home Office department heads to understand skills and competencies required for openings


·  Serve as the “go-to” for our Team Member onboarding tool


·  Manage the background check process for store-level Team Members


·  Manage the Team Member rehire process


·  Support the learning & development coordinator as needed on programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for Team Members.


·  Manage Team Member leave processes (e.g. PTO, FMLA, unpaid leave, etc.)


·  Manage key risk management third-party relationships for drug testing and workers compensation treatment


·  Manage monthly benefits enrollment and insurance billing reconciliation


·  Performs other duties as assigned.




Hours: Full-time 8am -5pm Monday- Friday




Salary: Starting at $40k annually




Job Expectations:


·  Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer


·  Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times


·  Occasional travel to operations throughout Florida and Georgia

Desired Qualifications:


·  Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations


·   Presentation skills


·   Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations recruitment, onboarding, and benefits systems


·   Ability to learn new technology quickly


·   Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field required


·   A minimum of three years of human resource management experience


·   SHRM certification
