The Manufacturing Systems Technician is responsible for assisting associates in their daily activities. They will also troubleshoot PCs, Printers, Automated equipment, and networks.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
➢ Provides onsite technical support for computer equipment, integration with factory automation systems and misc. technology systems.
➢ Providing technical assistance and support for incoming questions and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
➢ Maintain daily performance of computer and network systems
➢ Respond to email messages from associates seeking help and conduct user orientation and group training
➢ Work with diverse audiences including business key users, end users, and highly technical IT professionals
➢ Perform minor repairs to equipment and arrange for other servicing needs
➢ Basic Motor Controls
➢ Standard & Technical Blueprint Reading
➢ DMAIC Problem Solving
➢ Measurement Technology
➢ Mechanical Troubleshooting
➢ Electrical Troubleshooting
➢ PLC & HMI experience
➢ Performs other duties, tasks, and projects as assigned
